4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

  • Payments can be made by bank card through the secure RedSys payment gateway.

5. Bookings and Modifications

  • Bookings must be made in advance through the website or by direct contact.

  • Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations with full refunds are accepted if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when booking.

  • In the event of technical issues or billing errors, the client must contact us using the contact details provided.
